JDS Consulting is a forward-thinking Building Consultancy based in the heart of North Wales. We cover North Wales, Chester, Liverpool, Manchester and everything in between.

As Chartered Building Surveyors with 20+ years of experience, we aim to provide you with expert and practical advice, whether you are buying your first home, managing commercial property or expanding your property empire.

The business’s directors have a wealth of experience, having worked for industry-leading private practices, commercial landlords, and residential developers, as well as managing public sector estates.

JDS Consulting is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as having a wide range of recognised professional qualifications giving our team a wealth of knowledge to ensure we have all bases covered for our clients.

We are also registered with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and use drone technology to ensure we can access areas others can’t.
